We stand firmly behind the quality, accuracy, and legal fidelity of our compliance materials. If you discover that any standard in our checklist contradicts current HUD NSPIRE published regulations under 24 CFR Part 5 Subpart G, or if you encounter any technical defect opening our files, we will issue a 100% prompt refund within 30 days of purchase.

1. Digital Delivery Nature

Because the Compliance Kit consists of immediate downloadable intellectual property (PDFs, standalone HTML documents, and Excel calculation workbooks), delivery takes place instantly upon order confirmation.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We gladly honor refund requests under any of the following conditions:

File Corrupted or Inaccessible: If a downloaded archive fails to decompress or our spreadsheets fail to function in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and our support team cannot provide an operational copy within 24 hours.
Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally placed two identical orders for the same tier.
Regulatory Discrepancy: If you identify an objective discrepancy with a verified Federal Register notice that our system failed to account for.

3. Exclusions

Our guarantee covers the accuracy and completeness of the self-audit tools themselves. Refunds cannot be granted on the basis of a property failing a physical REAC inspection. Inspection outcomes depend entirely on whether the landlord physically cured observed physical defects on the property prior to the inspector's arrival.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email support@nspiredefense.com within 30 calendar days of your order. Please include your order email, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
